If an emergency appointment is needed during the Practice opening hours, we will endeavour to offer appointments to patients on the same day or within a 24-hour period.
When the practice is closed we offer contact details for the Out of Hours emergency dentist.
To change or cancel an appointment we would ideally require 24 hours notice for a short appointment and 48 hours for longer appointments. We may then offer your appointment to some one else.
A charge may be incurred for missed appointments or late cancellations however we are aware that in certain circumstances you may not be able to provide the necessary notice period therefore no charges would be applied.
The team are committed to ensuring that the workplace is a safe and pleasant environment for staff and patients. We have a zero tolerance policy with regard to verbally or physically abusive patients.
We reserve the right to remove any patient who behaves in such an aggressive or intimidating manner causing upset towards staff or other patients.
There are parking facilities directly outside the practice; however, if they are not available there is ample parking in the surrounding area.
